The food is never bad, as you use quality ingredients, but unfortunately it’s very inconsistent. Today wasn’t good. The chili ginger beef was cloyingly sweet and not spicy at all, and the noodles were very bland. The egg foo yung
was overcooked and dry - came with no sauce. I had specified no sauce packets to cut down on waste, but I meant extras like soy sauce etc. It should be obvious to include sauce if it is an integral part of the dish.

Super busy for pick ups today and I had to wait longer than necessary because my food was ready but she didn’t let me know ( so I stood around waiting) but once I got it home it was still hot and we really enjoyed it.

The food was delicious, as always-
unfortunately there was a snafu with timing. Of course it was busy at dinner time, (especially on New Years Eve), but would have been better to be realistic about the scheduling . Alas , the order was not begun until an hour past the pickup time - would have been good to know.
